getting ready for the work week...ugh!!

well we did absolutely nothing today. i went back to bed last night at 5:30am but only got to sleep until 8am when Rylee woke me up. my head was still pounding when i woke up so i had to take my migraine medicine and we stayed home from church. i haven't even stepped outside...which was fine with me because it was really cold today!

since i didn't feel well, i laid around and watched TV all day...well i wasn't too much of a loser...i did make pancakes for breakfast and a roast with all the fixins for lunch! ;-) duffer watched football all day and the kids played so i watched some girlie movies on TV. they had a marathon on for the Bring It On movies and so i watched all FOUR of them back to back! i did dose off during one of them.

i am making myself go to bed although i am not really tired...4:30am comes very early! my headache has come back so it helps when i go to sleep (usually). they say what is happening is that due to me having to take my migraine medicine more than twice a week, i am getting rebound headaches. as bad as that is...if you have ever had a migraine you certainly know that you can't go without taking medicine...just like last night sometimes it is so bad you can't even sleep!

we have a pretty busy week that i am not looking forward to...i have gotten so used to staying in and being a homebody. Monday Jett has baseball, Tuesday we have a class at church, Wednesday is Awana and then IF the kids are good this week then we are going to take them to see Alvin and the Chipmunks on Thursday. we haven't taken them to a movie since Santa Clause 3 came out and i believe that was 2 years ago...so i think they definitely deserve to go and Davis is DYING to see this one so it is going to be a surprise...everyone is now in bed but me so i am making myself go...i am really proud that i haven't been on the computer any except for when i was up in the middle of the night...for me that is GREAT because duffer says i am attached to my computer! :o)
